Membership Meeting
December 9, 2025
Commander Gary Gladue conducted opening ceremonies and declared the Post 146 monthly meeting regularly convened at 17:31
Roll call was taken, quorum was met.
The Charter was draped in memory of Leonard C. Hultman.

Jean Stegeman moved “to approve the November Minutes as printed.” The motion was adopted.
Kurt Lepinski presented the December 12 Executive Committee Report. Mike Cutaiar moved “to accept the report.” Second by Rick Baldwin. The motion was approved.
Commander Gary Gladue gave the Finance Report. Jan Lepinski moved “to approve subject to audit.” Gary Scholtz seconded. The motion was approved.
Kurt Lepinski gave the Membership report: as of Nov 27, 281 paid of 376 goal for 74.73%
Mike Cutaiar gave the Bar Report.
Steve Van Eyck gave the Athletics report: Legion Baseball meeting Wednesday the 18th of December at 5:00 pm in the Post basement meeting room
Rick Baldwin gave the Legion Riders report: working on blessing of the bikes. They are having a Christmas pizza get together on their meeting night.
Gary Scholtz gave the House Committee report: issues with the drain in the Men’s room again. Discussed electrical for the snack shack and the deck.
Steve Van Eyck gave the SAL report: Holiday Parade, giving out hot chocolate, Dec 7 Santa, Dec 14-wreaths across America, sponsoring the Army/Navy game Dec 14th, supporting Ravenwood garden, shop with a cop, and the Children’s Museum.
Julie Ericson gave the Auxiliary report: marched in the Holiday parade and gave out hot chocolate, wreaths across America this Saturday, Dec 7 Santa and Mrs. Claus, Christmas party tomorrow, Christmas ball raffle.

Correspondence: Thank you letter from the culinary class.
Unfinished Business: discussed post newsletter. Mike Cutaiar moved “to have Steve Fifarek to get information and set up first newsletter and request assistance from post members as needed.” The motion was approved.
For the good of the legion: Mike Cutaiar won the drawing.
