Charter draped and moment of silence in honor of Don Reiter transferring to Post Everlasting.
1700 Commander Fifarek conducted opening ceremonies and declared Post 146 regular monthly meeting convened
Roll call was taken Quorum criteria met.
Minutes from November Executive and Regular Meeting read and entered into record.
Financial Report was read was read and approved – Motion passed
House: Leak in basement from upstairs cooler will be fixed.
Activities: Served 158 people -108 vets for free. Made $26.00.
New Year’s Day Breakfast – Paris will be cooking and looking for volunteers. $10.00
Membership: 369 paid. Need about 20 more people to pay to bring us to 100%. Post will pay for indigent people. Merwin Dellisse, Bill Court. Will reimburse building fund $5.00 per member.

DAV Still looking for Drivers.
Club: Savings 7k, checking $6200 - Renovation fund closed and transferred to General
SAL: Considering raffles – more info next month. 100 members paid – 166 is goal.
Aux: Membership – 222. Xmas Parade Hot Chocolate/cider went okay, weather did not cooperate.
Downtown: No Report

Unfinished Deck/Landing project is basically on hold until Spring.
Broaster will be discussed next month in detail. Gary Sholtz has info.
Handrails will be finished soon.
New Business: *AED CPR classes will be held this year – See Commander for more information. Will post notices when more info available.
*Midwinter Conference is all set to go. Bill Paris will be cooking/serving chicken with all the fixings
